24/7 EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Be available to respond to students and stake holders who are members of 24/7 Care & Response Service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Be available to offer immediate advice or where necessary attend and physically assist with the situation confronting students and or stakeholders.
Ensure follow up expertise services are made available as required.
Ensure staff are available to provide follow up advice as necessary.
Ensure all contact made with students and stakeholders is documented.
Liaise with all relevant enforcement agencies as any ongoing inquiries are conducted.
Be available to provide Independent Advocacy and support for issues such as bullying and domestic violence.
Be available to provide assistance with consumer protection.
Provide personalised on line Security & Safety Report/Safety Plans from country of origin so as to make informed decisions prior to departure.
Protect work rights & where necessary provide assistance regarding Fairwork Australia.
Where necessary ensure appropriate medical and emotional well-being services are made available.
